月餅
快到中秋節了，當然要Show一下我的手作月餅啦~
其實早於去年聖誕期間已跟一班造餅的同學去了師傅家學整月餅了，除了傳統的蛋黃白蓮蓉月餅外，也學了整冰皮月餅。傳統的月餅會用一些很重的木製餅模來造型，但現在已有很多方便輕巧的膠製餅模，只需像用原子印般一按，月餅便會自動脫模。
現在坊間很多所謂的冰皮月餅跟本已是蛋糕餡了，個人還是比較喜歡傳統的蛋黃白蓮蓉月餅，奈何家中的焗爐壞了，今年中秋大概只會製作冰皮月餅了。
