
材料: | 軟牛油 | 225g | 金黃幼砂糖 | 120g |
麵粉 | 325g | 雞蛋 | 2隻 | |
杏仁粉 | 85g | 泡打粉 | 半茶匙 | |
朱古力碎 | 60g | 梳打粉 | 半茶匙 |
製作:
1. 牛油攤軟打滑,再加糖一起打
2. 蛋分次加入,將牛油打起
3. 加入麵粉、杏仁粉、泡打粉、梳打粉及朱古力粒拌勻
4. 將材料唧在焗盤中,用170℃焗20分鐘
