朱古力曲奇

 

材料:

軟牛油

225g

金黃幼砂糖

120g

 

麵粉

325g

雞蛋

2

 

杏仁粉

85g

泡打粉

半茶匙

 

朱古力碎

60g

梳打粉

半茶匙

製作:

1.          牛油攤軟打滑,再加糖一起打

2.          蛋分次加入,將牛油打起

3.          加入麵粉、杏仁粉、泡打粉、梳打粉及朱古力粒拌勻

4.          將材料唧在焗盤中,用170℃焗20分鐘
