牛角曲奇

材料:蛋黃 1隻    糖霜  85g         杏仁粉   40g     

        麵粉  160g     軟牛油  112g

製法:

1) 將所有材料加入,用手搓至麵糰狀

2) 將麵糰分為約20g一個,隨意搓出大小相約的形狀(是次習作為牛角狀)

3) 用175℃焗20分鐘即成

製作非常簡易~預定下次製作動物形狀的曲奇 ^_^
