椰汁紫米布甸拌雲呢拿汁

與其說是布甸,不如說是糕,沒啥裝飾,賣相較普通,但味道不錯。

材料:

黑糯米250g清水1250g
 250g椰奶400g
 馬蹄粉125g茶油50g

 製法:

1.            黑糯米用清水浸3小時,再蒸半小時。

2.            清水煮沸加入糖及黑糯米。

3.            椰奶、馬蹄粉開漿,過篩。

4.            全部混合煮沸收火,加入菜油拌勻。

5.            放入杯中入雪櫃冷藏至凝固。 

 

雲呢拿汁:

即溶吉士粉100g鮮奶400g
 淡忌廉100gRum少許

製作:所有材料拌勻。
