雖說我也學過整蛋糕，但這不是真的卷蛋，而是用羊毛氈造的，感覺很像吧?
與之前造的小狗一樣，是用針插剌的方法造出來的，稍稍不同的是沒有用發泡膠作基座，整件卷蛋全用羊毛製成，故手感非常鬆軟。
說回卷蛋的造型，用料可算是頗豐富的︰卷蛋上有草苺和藍苺，內裡則卷著奇異果、草苺和香桃，色彩多樣，不過中間的忌廉似乎厚了一點。
草苺在比例上造得大了，推說是日本進口的特大草苺好了~(笑)
