理大的藝墟好像比城大的夏祭（2000年）晚了一年開始（還是同年？不記得了），地點還是在邵逸夫樓，記得當時不論攤檔或是看的人也很少，小貓三兩隻的十分冷清，和今日的盛況不能相提並論。
