香港動漫節／電玩展後，今個暑假另一數碼娛樂界的盛事！──
2007年8月11日至12日，請一起來數碼港體驗屬於香港年青人的「MEGAA POWER」！

日期：2007年8月11日至12日
時間：1200-1800
地點：數碼港圓形廣場

為了鼓勵香港的創作人才，好讓他們邁步向前，關注香港年青人身心成長的「未來棟樑」，因而聯同學界及業界有心人士，創辦「數碼同人新勢力」，英文名稱「MEGAA POWER」。

「MEGAA」乃是Music、Edutainment、Games、Advertising和Animation的簡稱，音樂、教育及娛樂、遊戲、廣告和動畫這些統稱為「MEGAA」的業界內可行的創意工業模式，正是香港政府主力支援的開發內容，銳意籍此成為全球創意工業翹楚的第一步。

「MEGAA POWER」，乃是香港年青創作人初次啼聲的好機會，更是一個充滿創意的奇趣盛會，為期兩天，提供一個免費的平台，讓他們作品的最新搞作展現於人前，精彩的活動包括：「數碼同人交流會」（為同人創作愛好者提供一個免費的交流園地）、「Cosplayers Show-Off」（為各界「Cosplayers」提供一個無拘無束的表演平台）、「電玩歌曲大匯演」（為喜歡動畫／電玩歌曲的友好提供一次以歌會友的黃金機會）等等，分別以不同類型的原創活動，讓喜愛創作的年青人得以發揮才華，並跟前輩或同好交流，一起展示屬於香港年青人的「MEGAA POWER」！

2007年7月20日至10月7日，數碼港將英國最具代表性的大型電玩展覽「Game On」帶來香港，展出1962年至今的不同經典電玩，讓大家一起回顧世界各地的電玩發展，並展望充滿無限可能性的業界未來。「MEGAA POWER」，將會於此期間舉行，為香港數碼娛樂界注入新的動力！
